Season 11 at The Centre for the Less Good Idea is a five-day festival of visual art, dance, theatre, site-specific installations, pop-up performances, and thought-provoking talks.
Running from Wednesday 26 to Sunday 30 November 2025, the programme brings together an exciting constellation of work made by and in collaboration with Johannesburg’s artists, theatremakers, musicians, writers, filmmakers, and thinkers, alongside invited guests.
As part of this expansive season, a Party + Market will take place at Arts On Main on 29 and 30 November. This two-day experience blends performance, community, and creative exchange, offering audiences a vibrant space to explore, listen, shop, and engage with the artistic energy of the festival.
Season 11 continues the Centre’s commitment to experimentation, collaboration, and celebrating the many creative voices shaping Johannesburg today.
